Buxton Innovations LLC ("BI") operates this website and the ventures listed on the home page. This page summarizes how the LLC handles information at the entity level. Individual ventures may publish their own terms; where those differ, the venture-level terms govern that venture's offerings.
Information we collect
This site is a static informational page. It does not set tracking cookies, run analytics, or collect form submissions. When you email BI directly, your message and contact details are retained for the purpose of responding and, if an engagement follows, for ordinary business records.
Contracts and engagements
Engagement terms — scope, fees, confidentiality, IP — are set in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a representation of services available at a particular price, or a binding commitment.
